2ndカメラ プライバシーポリシー
2ndカメラは、写真・動画を撮影し、ユーザーが指定したFiles / iCloud Drive上のフォルダへ保存するカメラアプリです。
取得・利用する情報
・カメラ
写真や動画を撮影するために使用します。
・マイク
動画撮影時に音声を録音するために使用します。
・写真ライブラリ
ユーザーが選択した写真をアプリに取り込むために使用します。撮影日や位置情報などのメタデータは、可能な範囲で取り込み後のファイルに反映されます。
・位置情報
ユーザーが許可した場合、撮影した写真や動画に撮影場所を記録し、アプリ内の場所ビューで表示するために使用します。
・ファイル
撮影・インポートした写真や動画は、ユーザーが指定したFiles / iCloud Drive上のフォルダに保存されます。
データの保存について
2ndカメラは、撮影した写真・動画を開発者のサーバーへアップロードしません。
保存先にiCloud Driveを選択した場合、同期はAppleが提供するiCloud Driveの機能によって行われます。
広告について
2ndカメラは、Google AdMobによるバナー広告を表示します。
広告配信のため、Google Mobile Ads SDKおよびUser Messaging Platform SDKが、端末識別子、広告関連データ、アプリの利用状況、診断情報、おおよその位置情報などを取得する場合があります。
トラッキングについて
広告のパーソナライズや効果測定のため、ユーザーの許可に基づき、広告識別子が使用される場合があります。
ユーザーはiOSの設定から、トラッキングや位置情報の許可をいつでも変更できます。
共有について
ユーザーが共有機能を使用した場合、選択した写真や動画はiOSの共有シートを通じて、ユーザーが選んだ共有先へ送信されます。
データの削除について
保存された写真や動画は、アプリ内またはFilesアプリから削除できます。
アプリ内のキャッシュは、設定画面からクリアして再同期できます。
OneDriveバックアップ追加に関する追記
2ndカメラは、撮影した写真・動画をユーザーが選択したFiles / iCloud Drive上のフォルダへ保存します。アプリ開発者のサーバーへ写真・動画を送信しません。開発者サーバーへは写真・動画を保存しません。マイク録音オンで撮影した動画には音声が含まれます。位置情報タグがオンで、撮影場所を取得できた場合、撮影場所は写真・動画の中の情報として保存されます。
OneDriveバックアップは任意機能です。ユーザーがMicrosoftアカウントで接続した場合のみ、Files / iCloud Drive上の保存フォルダにある写真・動画を、Microsoftが提供するOneDrive連携の仕組みを通じて、ユーザー自身のOneDriveへ片方向で追加バックアップします。OneDriveバックアップは、設定画面でOneDrive接続を解除すれば停止できます。
OneDriveバックアップでは、マイク録音オンで撮影した動画に含まれる音声も、動画ファイルの一部としてOneDriveへ送られます。位置情報タグがオンで、撮影場所が写真・動画の中に保存されている場合、その位置情報も写真・動画ファイルの一部としてOneDriveへ送られます。
OneDriveバックアップは追加バックアップです。アプリやFiles上で削除・移動した写真・動画をOneDrive側から削除する同期は行いません。OneDriveからアプリ側へ戻す双方向同期も行いません。
OneDrive接続では、接続状態の表示、再認証、アップロード先アカウントの識別のために、Microsoftアカウントの識別情報を端末内設定とMicrosoftが提供するサインイン機能の認証キャッシュで扱います。OneDriveおよびMicrosoftアカウントによるデータの取り扱いについては、Microsoftのプライバシーに関する声明（https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement）もあわせてご確認ください。
広告・同意・トラッキングに関する追記
2ndカメラでは、Google AdMobによる広告表示を行います。地域や利用状況に応じて、GoogleのUser Messaging Platform（UMP）により広告に関する同意フォームや広告プライバシー設定を表示する場合があります。また、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）によりトラッキング許可を求める場合があります。ユーザーは、広告識別子（IDFA）の利用許可を選択でき、iOS設定アプリから後で変更できます。Googleによるデータの取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）もご確認ください。

Storage Location and OneDrive Backup
2nd Camera saves photos and videos to a folder selected by the user in Files / iCloud Drive. The app does not send photos or videos to the app developer’s server, and it does not store photos or videos on a developer server. Videos recorded with microphone audio on contain audio. If location tagging is turned on and a capture location is available, the location is saved as metadata inside the photo or video file.
OneDrive backup is an optional feature. Only when you connect a Microsoft account, 2nd Camera makes a one-way additional backup of the photos and videos in your Files / iCloud Drive storage folder to your own OneDrive, through the OneDrive integration provided by Microsoft. OneDrive is not the primary storage destination; it is an optional additional backup only. You can stop OneDrive backup at any time by disconnecting OneDrive in the app’s settings.
For videos recorded with microphone recording turned on, the audio contained in those videos is sent to OneDrive as part of the video file. If location tagging is turned on and the capture location is embedded in a photo or video, that location metadata is also sent to OneDrive as part of the photo or video file.
OneDrive backup is an additional backup only. Deleting or moving a photo or video in the app or in Files does not delete it from OneDrive. There is no sync that removes files from OneDrive. There is also no two-way sync that copies files from OneDrive back into the app.
For a OneDrive connection, 2nd Camera handles Microsoft account identification information in on-device settings and in the authentication cache of the Microsoft-provided sign-in component, in order to show the connection status, re-authenticate, and identify the destination account for uploads. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
2nd Camera displays ads using Google AdMob. Depending on your region and use of the app, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may show an advertising consent form or privacy options. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) may also ask whether you allow tracking.
